Dr Kong is very thorough with her exams and she takes her time answering my questions and concerns. She never seems like she’s rushing to go see another patient. If a procedure needs to be done in office same day, she explains what she’s going to do and what I may feel during it.

While Dr. Kong was very nice, the appointment did not feel personalized to me. It seemed there was a script the doctor needed to get through that listed things I am already doing. I would have liked if she asked what I currently do today so she could have offered me suggestions on how to improve.
